- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective corrective solutions.
- Collaborate with plant teams to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
- Follow all safety procedures, maintenance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to inspect, maintain, and repair industrial mechanical equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $23 - $30 per hour.
