American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 1+ year of experience for an outpatient clinic position treating a diverse orthopedic and neurological patient population.

Outpatient clinic setting

Patient population includes adults, adolescents, and geriatric patients
-
Caseload of 19-20 visits per day, approximately 55 visits per week
-
Orthopedic cases include Achilles tendonitis, ACL tear, post-op back pain, disc herniation, fractures/stress fractures, low back pain, headaches, meniscus tear, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, postural dysfunction, rotator cuff (surgical and non-surgical), SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and total joint replacement

Neurological cases include Alzheimer's/dementia, brachial plexus injury, CVA, degenerative diseases, MS, and Parkinson's disease

Rotating shift schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Tue/Thu 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience

Current PT license required if applicable

Experience treating orthopedic and neurological conditions

BLS certification required

Responsibilities include screening and building caseload, fall risk assessments, gross motor assessments, and CPS (Cognitive Performance Scale) evaluations
