PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for carrying out daily cake and dessert productions based on given quantity, including icing, decorating, and preparing ingredients

Follows and completes daily production quantity and pre-orders as requested

Ensure final products meet quality standards as designated by the company

Receive incoming supplies, restock and organize based on FIFO system
-
Maintain clean work station and follow company sanitation standards
-
Knowledgeable on basic food safety rules and safe handling procedures
-
Utilize work hour efficiently and have great time management skills

Be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
-
Able to follow directions provided by store or corporate leadership
Qualifications
-
Knowledge of baking and Skills/experiences related baking job
-
Able to work well with others
-
Communication skills and good team work
-
Multi-tasking and attention to detail
-
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements related to cake decorating and food preparation.
Requirements

Weekend availability is required.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Holiday availability is required.

Flexible schedule, including morning, evening, and closing shifts.
