Welcome to Parkview Landscaping. We are a commercial landscape maintenance company based out of Everett on Highway 99. We provide full landscape care to homeowner associations, business parks, condos, medical facilities, and homeowners between Marysville and Kirkland. We aim to be the “go to” commercial landscape outfit on the Northend. Our 4-person office and 25+ landscaping crew members are working hard to make this goal happen. The Customer Service Lead Position
The customer service lead role is focused on ensuring excellent customer experience and running the administrative needs for these clients smoothly. This person will handle client phone and email communication, scheduling, and billing while interacting with the crew managers and crews relating to these services. This role is central in maintaining client satisfaction and retention by delivering consistent service and communication.
As part of a small office team, this position will need an individual that can proactively identify needs within the business and be willing to be flexible in job tasks to assist in the company running as efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities will include:
Customer Service
· Responding to emails phone calls
· Scheduling quote appointments and jobs
· Promptly handling extra requests or projects
· Proactively reaching out to property managers
Scheduling
· Main point of contact for top commercial accounts, overseeing scheduling work and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Direct scheduling and management of all services/crews for irrigation, fertilizing, and snow services.
· Ensuring site reviews are schedule for crew managers and emailing detailed reports.
· Resolving issues promptly by communicating with crew managers or crews directly to ensure concerns are addressed.
Marketing and Sales
· Emailing and calling existing clients for upsells identified by crews or managers.
· Following up on prospective clients or leads with current bids.
· Implementing existing marketing strategies including mailers, cold calling, advertising.
Accounting and Finances
· Performing basic job costing, evaluating crew gross margins, generating reports and metrics
· Following up and monitoring past due accounts
· Implementing contract renewals and price adjustments
Qualifications:
· 3+ years administration / office work
· Landscape industry or management is not required but a plus.
· Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
· Competence with computer activities
· Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Work Schedule:
· 40 hours a week
· Monday through Friday
· 8 AM to 4:30PM with a 30-minute lunch
· Work will be at our office in Everett
