Brittany Wyche LLC is seeking an experienced Provider Enrollment & Credentialing Subject Matter Expert to support a public-sector healthcare process improvement engagement.
The consultant will provide domain expertise related to provider enrollment, credentialing, monitoring, recertification, provider data, and healthcare operational improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject-matter expertise on provider enrollment and credentialing
- Participate in stakeholder discovery and process-review sessions
- Evaluate provider enrollment and credentialing workflows
- Support assessment of intake, validation, credentialing, approval/certification, monitoring, and recertification processes
- Identify operational constraints and improvement opportunities
- Evaluate provider demographic and data-integrity considerations
- Review current-state and future-state process designs
- Support development of improved provider workflows
- Provide recommendations regarding monitoring and recertification
- Support pilot recommendations and performance measures
- Review strategic recommendations for healthcare operational accuracy
Qualifications
- Direct provider enrollment and/or credentialing experience
- Experience within a payer, health plan, Medicaid program, MCO, government healthcare organization, health system, or comparable environment
- Strong understanding of provider enrollment and credentialing workflows
- Experience with provider validation, monitoring, certification, recredentialing, or recertification
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience identifying healthcare operational improvements

Engagement Requirements
Applicants must be U.S.-based and able to provide services from within the United States. This is a remote 1099 subcontract engagement.
