Join Our Team as a Direct Support Professional!
All R Friends is looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Direct Support Professionals to join our Supported Living Divsion! If you're passionate about making a difference in the community and building meaningful friendships, this is the perfect role for you. As a DSP, you'll serve as a mentor, coach, support person, and friend to adults with developmental disabilities — helping them gain independence, stay active in the community, and build essential life skills.
What You'll Do:
Explore the community by visiting libraries, parks, festivals, fairs, the zoo, and more! Enjoy fun outings like grabbing lunch at their favorite restaurants or catching a movie.
Support with daily living skills by teaching and assisting with cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
Help with grocery shopping and creating meal plans.
Foster a safe, happy, and welcoming environment in their home.
What We're Looking For:
We are currently seeking female staff to fill our weekday and weekends openings . If you're reliable, caring, and eager to make a difference — we would love to have you join our team!
Available Shifts:
Wednesdays-Thursdays 8pm-8am
Fridays-Saturdays 3:30pm-10am
Benefits
· Top of the market compensation
· Paid sleep hours $13/hr between 10 pm-6am
· Full-time staff are eligible for PTO, 401K match, health insurance, life insurance, and Short/Long-term disability
· $.60 mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle
· Reimbursed activity expenses
All DSP’s are able to reach a director 24/7, if needed. The director works closely with all staff and ensures clear and precise communication. Also, we have an on-call nurse for any medical related questions that may arise.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
