✨ What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll deliver a blend of results-driven and relaxing treatments, including:
- Customized facials
- Acne treatments
- Chemical peels
We’re looking for estheticians who already bring:
- Strong knowledge of skin and conditions
- Confident extractions and treatment execution
- Excellent facial massage (face, neck, arms/hands) with strong pressure
- High standards for cleanliness and sanitation
You’ll also be trained in our proprietary protocols to ensure consistency and exceptional results across every client experience.

Compensation

Most of our estheticians earn $40–$50/hour total
Schedule Requirements
- Tuesday – Saturday: 10AM – 7PM
- Sunday: 12PM – 6PM
Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required

Key Responsibilities
- Follow MOD Facial treatment protocols with precision
- Recommend services and products tailored to each client
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and organized
- Support overall spa operations (team mindset required)
- Complete acne training within 60 days
- Stay flexible for events, client demand, and spa needs
Requirements
- Current State Esthetician License (required)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Prior hands-on esthetics experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- A genuine passion for skincare and helping people feel confident
