JOB DESCRIPTION
Natoora Miami is entering an exciting new phase of growth - expanding our range by making our exclusive sourcing available in the region while continuing to develop local and commodity lines. Our ideal candidate for this position is someone with strong operational and driving experience, a working knowledge of produce markets, and a keen interest in creative problem-solving. High standards for job completion and customer service will be fundamental to this role.
IDEAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to start a full shift at 11 PM
- Supervisor experience
- Experience working collaboratively across different teams
- Enthusiasm for physical tasks
- Ability to work at 38-42 degrees for an entire shift
- Setting up shift for success
- Driving experience (16’ Box Truck ) a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel a plus
- Food Safety Training and Certification a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead & Supervise Night Team Operations
- Maintaining pace and progress on shift
- Prepare Customer Orders
- Leading by example in picking, packing, QC and QA
- Inputting additional late orders
- Staying aware and educated on new products
- Executing shift checklist
- Communicate issues clearly on chat and email
- Reconcile all purchases on internal and external digital platforms
- Receive Inbound Shipments
- Assist with warehouse maintenance and organization
