Inbound Sales Specialist – Home Care
Daytona Beach, FL (In Office)
$18–20/hour DOE + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Do you enjoy helping people, talking on the phone, and turning conversations into meaningful relationships? Home Instead is looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Specialist to respond to new client inquiries, qualify prospective families, and schedule care consultations for our Client Care team.
This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented role where your communication skills directly help local seniors receive the care they need.
What You'll Do
- Respond quickly to new phone, web, and referral inquiries
- Build rapport with families and understand their care needs
- Schedule in-home care consultations
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records
- Follow up consistently until every lead has a clear outcome
- Participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule (additional compensation provided)
