- Calling all restaurant industry insiders! De Novo Insurance agency is currently hiring Restaurant Insurance Producers. Prior insurance sales experience with property casualty license preferred but not required. We will train you.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Establish and retain clientele in order to grow your sales territory
- Ability to network and develop leads
- Use lead lists to establish contact and schedule appointments
- Meet with prospective clients
- Meet with existing clients to perform annual reviews
- Must conduct phone prospecting, face-to-face prospecting and through social media efforts
- Conduct sales presentation with the intent of selling an insurance product
- Provide claim assistance to clients
- Solicit referrals from clients
- Gather relevant information for quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. This is required for growth
- Other duties as required by management
Sales Representative Job Requirements/Qualifications
- High School diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Prior outside sales experience preferred but not required, (i.e. life insurance, banking, financial products, etc.)
- Property and Casualty license - preferred but not required; we will get you licensed; meet state continuing education requirements
- Must be highly self-motivated; drive and ambition are critical to success
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office preferred but not required; we will train
- Ethical character is non-negotiable
- Works well with other employees and is a team player
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent presentation skills
- Reliable transportation to meet with prospective and existing clients
- Above average analytical skills to determine prospective client needs
