We are seeking reliable, friendly team members for day and evening shifts, including some weekends. Summer help is needed, with opportunities to continue working during the upcoming school year.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Scoop and serve ice cream and other treats.
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Upsell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and self-motivated.
- Food service experience is helpful but not required.
Availability Requirements:
- Must be available for day and/or evening shifts.
- Must be able to work at least 2 out of 3 weekend days: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
- Looking for applicants who can continue working during the school year.
