As a Direct Support Professional Assistant, you’ll be hands-on in helping individuals build independence, confidence, and meaningful daily lives—both at our facilities and out in the community.

Support individuals with life skills training to promote independence and personal growth

Assist with daily routines, including personal care, hygiene, and wellness support

Help implement individualized plans and track progress through documentation and data collection

Provide compassionate care, including medication administration and basic medical support

Ensure safety by following risk, dining, wellness, and seizure plans
-
Encourage community involvement and help individuals engage in meaningful activities
-
Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including lifting and positioning when required

Support the use and care of adaptive equipment
-
Maintain a positive, respectful, and confidential environment at all times

You’re compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others thrive

You’re comfortable with hands-on support, including physical assistance when needed
