SUMMARY
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of complex program elements, development, and administration in coordination with the Project Director.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Makes recommendations to Project Director concerning pay increases, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, hiring and firing; defines workloads with attention given to setting priorities and monitoring progress

Works as liaison with community agencies and referral sources, representing Red Rock and initiating strong cooperative linkage with possible resources; services on outside committees when feasible

Completes and, with coordination with Project Director, assures completion of all necessary paperwork, progress notes, special reports, and statistical data; meets quality management requirements

Attends staff meetings, workshops, and seminars

Acts as role model in interpersonal relationships with staff and clients

Maintains core competencies in relation to working with co-occurring disorders through continuing education and implementing skills into all aspects of treatment

Assists in the development and implementation of programmatic goals and objective
-
Maintains safe environment for clients and co-workers by constant follow-up and communication with all agencies involved with treatment or service to client
-
Supports and assists with the facilitation of Care Plans for consumers within the Red Rock Health Team

Performs other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor Degree required, in Mental Health related field preferred

6 Months experience in high fidelity wraparound
-
Experience working with community resources
-
Effective verbal and written communication skills
-
Commitment to the mission of Red Rock BHS
-
One year of direct experience in Systems of Care preferred
-
One year experience in a leadership role preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must have the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time

Must have the ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 25 pounds
-
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time

Ability to use telephone, PC, fax machine, copy machine, and printer
