About the Role:
As a CMT, you will be responsible for administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities under the supervision of our licensed nurses. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will enable you to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will also have the opportunity to work in a homelike environment, surrounded by experienced administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents as directed by the healthcare team
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
Perform other duties as assigned by the licensed nurse or supervisor
What We Offer:
SIGN ON BONUS of $1000.00 paid quarterly over 1 year
Competitive wages based on experience, ranging from $17.50 to $22.50 per hour

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents as needed
