Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our small, close-knit quality team. This role works with production teams to indentify defects, manage non-conforming product and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect Products: Perform visual and dimensional inspection on finished parts and raw materials
- Maintain Records: Document inspection results accurately in existing reporting software
- Collaborate: Partner with other quality and manufacturing personnel to resolve root causes and defects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions for validation of product compliance.
- Experience in the use of handheld measuring devices such as verniers, micrometers, and similar tools.
- Ability to program and use a CMM.
- Experience with SolidWorks.
- Experience with Statistical Software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams for communication and data management.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience).
