Job Type: Part-time +
Flexible scheduling with the ability to pick up additional hours based on your availability and client needs
Pay:
Caring for an Individual Client Rate: Weekdays $20.00 per hour~ Weekends $21.00 per hour
Caring for Couples Rate: Weekdays $25.00 per hour~ Weekends $26.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Monitor patients’ health and report any changes or concerns to management.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
- Support individuals with memory care needs through structured activities and reminders.
- Assist clients in mobility, including lifting or transferring them safely when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements
- Drivers License/Insurance is a must
- Able to work every other weekend
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields for at least 1 year preferred
- Knowledge of memory care techniques and medication administration is a plus.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed while following safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a strong and supportive team environment
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Basic understanding of patient monitoring practices is beneficial.
