Rahav Wellness is seeking an experienced, dedicated, business operations professional, with a passion for integrative medicine, for a FT role to support the practice deliver maximum operational efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate should have experience in business operations implementation oversight to clarify best process and procedure for optimal outcomes . The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership and strong HR skills . In addition, technical skills Including optimizing and implementing specialty EHR integrations) to support business efficiency, development, and visibility are strongly encouraged.
JOB TITLE: Operations Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
An operations manager supervises every aspect of day-to-day operations of the Practice. This includes oversight of administrative staff in all aspects of administrative function, including scheduling and customer service. Operations manager oversees all inventory workflows for every aspect of the business including infusion room workflow.
Operations management will play a role in financial oversight for productivity, efficiency in spending and identifying growth opportunities for increased scope and visibility.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supervision of full spectrum day to day operations
- Ensuring consistent maximal support of the practice medical director to maximize leadership productivity and practice development
- Ensuring excellent customer service practice-wide.
- Develop, implement, and maintain best business practices, including best office policies and procedures
- Interview, hire, and train a productive medical office team and conducts performance reviews for all staff in collaboration with th emedical director- create performance review systems that are constructive and support a culture of growth.
- Maintains and manages all filing and organizational systems for the practice which includes inventory systems practice-wide.
- Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting and developing process improvements as appropriate.
- Coordinates staff meetings for administrative and clinical staff
- Spearhead and/or assist in special projects
- Assist in recruiting clinical staff
- Help produce or delegate production of routine communication of the practice with its community, both existing members and broader community through newsletters, website development, social media outreach, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
Shift:
Monday – Friday
9:30 am – 5:30 pm
* Salary amounts vary based on years of experience and education
* Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in health care management/and or business management required
* Must have experience in a health care practice and business operations experience.
* Must have strong leadership skills
Pay: $87,659.59 - $96,122.91 per year
