Available Shifts
The Job
- Troubleshoot and repair production tooling supporting stamped automotive components
- Diagnose tooling problems affecting quality, surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and production uptime
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dies and tooling
- Identify root causes of recurring tooling issues and implement lasting repairs
- Complete tooling modifications, adjustments, and engineering changes
- Read and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
- Document repairs, tooling changes, and maintenance activity accurately
What We'd Like to See
- Experienced Tool & Die Maker / Technician with a strong background in stamping
- Tool & Die apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience repairing, troubleshooting, and modifying production dies
- Strong understanding of stamped-part quality and tooling-related defects
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Pride in your craft and a commitment to doing the job right
