Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency in administrative and financial processes.
Perform financial oversight tasks, including tracking budgets, processing invoices, managing expense reports, and assisting with financial data analysis.
Handle data entry and reporting, ensuring accuracy and organization of key business information.
Create and manage advanced Excel reports, utilizing complex formulas, pivot tables, and pivot charts to analyze business and financial trends.
Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and operational logistics.
Support project coordination, internal communications, and Salesforce data entry.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in executive support, administration, or office management.
Strong financial oversight and data entry skills, with experience in budget tracking and reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and pivot charts.
Proficiency in CRM Management (i.e. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in security, corporate services, or professional services industries.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and business financial operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
