Keep it Neat Cleaning Service is hiring! We're a growing, family-owned and eco-friendly cleaning service right here in Old Orchard Beach, and we’re looking to add a dependable and detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Technician to our team.
We’re known for our high standards and attention to detail in every visit, and we're looking for someone who shares that same genuine care in what they do. You can earn up to $25.00 per hour with attendance and quality-based bonuses and incentives, along with opportunities to grow into leadership roles with higher pay and responsibility. If you're reliable, coachable, and love helping others, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Details
Part-time: 15–25 hours per week
Schedule: You choose your regular availability between Monday–Friday (starting at 8:30 AM, 8:15 AM on Mondays), and we build your schedule around the days that work best for you. We require at least 12 working hours of availability
Summer: Saturday availability required during the summer (you’ll receive a weekday off in exchange)
Service Area: Wells to Yarmouth (most jobs are within 10–15 miles of Old Orchard Beach)
Scheduling: Built around your consistent weekly availability. You let us know which days work consistently for you, and you work those days!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential homes to a high standard with attention to detail and client care, ensuring all work meets our quality check expectations
- Following structured cleaning systems and checklists to provide a consistent clean across the board
- Creating clean, refreshed spaces that clients genuinely enjoy coming home to — giving them time and energy back in their day (you’ll make a real difference!)
- Working independently, and occasionally as a team
- Treating every home, client, and team member with kindness and professionalism
- Communicating clearly with team members and management
- Creating that “wow” factor each time our clients come home after their visit
- Enjoying coming to work and taking pride in what you do

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and occasionally move furniture
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active role
- Willingness to adapt to different homes and job types
Compensation & Perks
- $20.00/hr during training and initial 90 days
- $21.00/hr after 90 days
