Licensed Montessori preschool in Prosper is looking for early childhood teachers for the ages 12 months to 3 year olds. Eligible candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. Must be flexible, punctual and reliable
2. Must possess the knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and be passionate about working with young children
3. 2+ years of experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting.
4. Excellent verbal and written skills
5. Must be able to strongly lead circle times, daily lessons, art, potty-training, as well as promote Grace & Courtesy for our students. Must be able to write lesson plans that support the areas of development for toddlers.
6. Must be able to work indoors / outdoors and engage in physical activity with children including lifting weights upto 20 lbs.
7. A candidate must have a high school certificate / diploma. Child development Associate Certification (preferred)
8.Must have a positive attitude and patient demeanor
