Pay Rate: $ 2100 To $ 2304/Week
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts
Experience: Minimum 2 Years Emergency Room RN Experience Required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in rapid patient assessment, emergency interventions, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to critical and life-threatening situations.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety and quality standards.
Requirements
Active California RN License required.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience required.
Strong emergency assessment, critical thinking, and patient stabilization skills.
Must be available for night shifts, holiday coverage, and occasional on-call responsibilities.
