Overview
We are seeking a experienced (5 years)dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Morning and afternoon dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and effective communication. This job is a waitstaff hourly wage plus tips. Weekend are a must. Serious inquiry only.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to enhance the guest experience and encourage upselling.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for billing and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Support host/host duties as needed to enhance guest relations and overall service efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred, with knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Base Pay: $7.00 - $10.00 per hour
