Our successful personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a bilingual receptionist who speaks Spanish and English fluently. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and professional, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate individuals
- Conduct a brief intake on potential clients and cases
- Greet clients and visitors in person
- Sort incoming mail and send mail via FedEx or UPS
- Filing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Receiving and sending faxes
- Scanning incoming mail and labeling electronic files
- Perform data entry in our Legal Software (Filevine)
- Prepare letters, documents, and spreadsheets
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Coordinate tasks with case managers and attorneys
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Bachelors Degree
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm, located in Beverly Hills, CA. There is also a weekend shift available where you could receive two consecutive weekdays off.
