We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and independently licensed or license-eligible Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our growing outpatient psychiatry and behavioral health team as an Independent Contractor (1099). The clinician will provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns while collaborating closely with psychiatric providers to ensure integrated, patient-centered care.
This position offers flexible scheduling, autonomy in clinical practice, and administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus on providing exceptional care.
Qualifications
Required
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
- Current Pennsylvania license as:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
