Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Water and Mold Retstoration Technician to join our team. Our ideal candiate is hands-on, detail oriented and and comfortable working in a variety of enviroments (primarily residential). You will play a key role in assesssing damage, performing clean- up and restoring properties to their original condition.
All new hires are required to undergo a criminal background check.
Responsibilities :
Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and dehumidification equipment.
Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials safely and efficiently.
Clean, disinfect, and treat affected areas to prevent mold growth.
Collect moisture readings and complete accurate job documentation.
Assist with mold containment setup and removal according to safety standards.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards.
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean working condition.
Qualifications for Consideration of Position
Prior experience in water or mold restoration preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration or Mold Remediation is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a MUST.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
Must be available for occasional after-hours and weekend emergency calls. We have a rotating schedule team members who are on call

IICRC WRT or higher certifications preferred but not required, we can train the right candidate and certification can follow.
Experience in mitigation CRM systems like DASH and Encircle.
Knowledge of the insurance claims process is a major PLUS!
The Ideal candidate will be:
Must be willing to work in a fast paced ever changing day to day operation. Hours will vary based on scope of each job. Some jobs require the use of a respirator or work in tight spaces with wet building materials. Job duties require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
