What You'll Be Doing
Build Your Network - Connect with local business owners through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking opportunities to create lasting relationships.
Learn the Sales Process - Develop skills in prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing business with the support of experienced mentors.
Help Businesses Grow- Work directly with customers to identify shipping challenges and provide solutions that save them time and money.
Develop Your Career - Receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and real-world sales experience from day one.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or early-career professional
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with people
- Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Customer service, retail, athletics, internships, leadership experience, or other people-focused backgrounds are a plus
- Degree preferred, but drive and work ethic matter most
