Lenity Light Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dependable Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide personal care and support to our patients.
IMPORTANT
We have a patient in Weatherford who needs to be seen 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. PLEASE APPLY TO THIS POSITION ONLY IF YOU CAN COMMIT TO THIS SCHEDULE AND ARE WILLING TO COMMUTE OR IN THIS AREA
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA certification in good standing or qualified hospice/home health aide credentials.
- Ability to provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Strong communication, observation, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and emergency procedures.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes while collaborating with the hospice team.

Additional Requirements
- Must successfully pass criminal background checks, OIG exclusion screening, and reference checks before employment.
- Prior hospice, home health, nursing home, or direct patient care experience preferred.

Experience:
- Hospice & palliative medicine: 1 year (Preferred)
