Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Dump Truck Helper - Laborer to join our dynamic team. This energetic role involves assisting with the loading and unloading of dump trucks. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Be reliable and punctual - Early routes start at 1-2am
- Assist with loading and unloading debris from dump trucks, ensuring proper placement and safety protocols are followed
- Perform routine inspections of dump trucks and related equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Maintain a clean work environment around the construction site and equipment areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure personal safety and that of team members
- Help coordinate material movement on-site by communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
- Support the team in setting up work zones, securing materials, and assisting with other labor tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction sites or with heavy equipment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and efficiency
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and procedures

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
