Pure Water Systems is a family-owned business since 1993 and a locally owned and operated small business specializing in water filtration services in Northern Nevada.
As a Service Writer, you will be the critical link between our customers and the service team. You will be responsible for creating detailed work orders, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring that our technicians are well-prepared to provide excellent water filtration services.
Your role will involve clear communication with customers, utilizing our AI outbound calling agent to schedule service appointments, and offering upgraded equipment that improves water quality and pays a commission.Working for a small, family-owned business means everyone’s role is important and highly visible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our AI outbound calling agent to schedule service appointments and offer upgraded equipment (with commission paid on upgrades)
- Assist with inbound phone calls, including scheduling service, troubleshooting, taking payments, and addressing customer concerns
- Learn our water filtration equipment thoroughly to educate and excite customers about their benefits
- Create detailed work orders and maintain accurate service documentation
- Route full-day commercial cooler wipe/service, commercial rentals, and recurring service in a timely and efficient manner
- Schedule residential rental customers and recurring service calls efficiently
- Ensure all scheduled calls are routed profitably while minimizing vehicle mileage
- Handle additional delegated projects as needed
Hours & Pay Structure:
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 40-45 Hours Per week
- Pay: Competitive base pay starting at $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with total earning potential up to $35 per hour with commissions and performance-based bonuses
