As a Lot Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, assisting with vehicle deliveries, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, demonstrating proficiency in both automatic and manual transmission driving.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed.
- Assist with valet parking services when needed, providing an elevated level of guest service.
- Support dealership operations by assisting with vehicle deliveries and managing inventory as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries or concerns promptly.
Skills
- Strong guest services and customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality.
- Experience driving various types of vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles.
- Valet parking experience is a plus, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Previous experience in a dealership or as a delivery driver is advantageous.
