Objective
The Business Performance Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful reports and insights that support business operations, sales performance, and commissions calculations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will work closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate reporting, maintain key performance metrics and identify trends that support informed business decisions.
Key Functions

Collect, organize, and validate financial and operational data from multiple systems.

Prepare recurring reports for sales performance, commissions, profitability, and key business metrics.

Maintain and improve commission reporting to ensure timely and accurate payouts.

Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making.

Analyze sales, product, and customer trends to identify opportunities and risks.

Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.

Support budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate historical and trend data.

Ensure data integrity across reporting platforms and recommend process improvements.

Partner with Leadership, Sales, Clinical, and Operations to respond to reporting requests and ad hoc analyses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
