Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost accounting, budgeting, or decision support
- Healthcare finance experience required
- STRATA Jazz/STRATA financial software and forecasting experience required
Strong knowledge of service line profitability, budgeting, and financial analysis
Responsibilities:
- Manage STRATA decision support and cost accounting systems
- Prepare ROI, NPV, IRR, and financial feasibility analyses
- Publish monthly service line and physician practice P&Ls
- Oversee productivity reporting and financial planning
- Support forecasting, audits, and strategic financial projects
- Mentor decision support staff
