Bilingual Outside Sales Representative (1099 Contractor)
Remodeling & Commercial Cleaning Services
Space City Advice & Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representative to help grow our residential remodeling, commercial remodeling, and commercial cleaning divisions throughout the Greater Houston area.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, scheduling meetings, presenting proposals, and helping secure new contracts.
Responsibilities
- Generate new residential and commercial remodeling opportunities.
- Prospect and secure commercial cleaning contracts.
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, apartment communities, real estate investors, business owners, and commercial property managers.
- Conduct outreach through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person visits.
- Schedule meetings, walkthroughs, and client consultations.
- Present company services and solutions to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in negotiating and closing contracts.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Experience in remodeling, construction, property management, commercial cleaning, or B2B sales is a plus.

- 1099 Independent Contractor Position.
