Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medical charts and incident reports
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Sign-on Bonus :
FT- $3000
PT- $1500
