Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, restocking stations, and maintaining accurate records using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol serving regulations, including proper food handling and responsible alcohol service.
- Oversee customer interactions to resolve issues promptly, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Train new team members on drink recipes, POS operations, customer service techniques, and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area while managing cash handling and cashiering responsibilities efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and cash handling is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in high-energy environments like nightclubs or food service venues.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management.
- Hospitality or restaurant experience with a focus on brewing or the food industry is advantageous.
