Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms and suites, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure top cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to support operational needs.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas to ensure seamless service.
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold the hotel’s quality standards.
- Assist with janitorial tasks during special events or peak times to support overall hotel operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards are vital for success in this role.
