serving as the project general manager from preconstruction and buyout through final closeout.
Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager will lead project delivery with accountability for schedule, profitability,
contracts, procurement, change management, cash flow, safety, quality, client relationships, and
team performance. The role requires significant autonomy and the ability to direct Project Managers,
Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Lead the project from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safe, profitable, high-quality,
and on-time delivery.

procurement, scheduling, financial reporting, and closeout.
- Oversee prequalification, bid evaluation, scope development, subcontractor selection, buyout,

- Own the baseline and critical-path schedule, monitor impacts, and take immediate action when
performance or procurement creates delay risk.
- Maintain accurate project controls and ensure timely resolution of quality deficiencies and
closeout requirements.
Financial, Contract, and Risk Management
- Protect project margin and cash flow through disciplined forecasting, billing, cost-to-complete
reporting, and subcontractor payment controls.
- Manage contracts, notices, change orders, field directives, allowances, backcharges, and
supporting documentation.
- Identify and mitigate scope, schedule, insurance, bonding, lien, safety, and subcontractor-
performance risks before they affect project outcomes.
Client and Team Leadership
- Serve as the principal owner-facing leader, maintaining proactive, no-surprises communication
and professionally leading OAC and executive meetings.
- Build productive owner and subcontractor relationships through a firm-but-fair, organized, and
solutions-oriented approach.
- Coach and develop project personnel while establishing clear standards for accountability,
urgency, professionalism, safety, and client service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, plus at least
eight years of relevant experience; an equivalent combination may be considered.
- Demonstrated leadership of at least one commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, or
comparable vertical project valued at $100 million or more.
- High-rise construction experience strongly preferred, ideally involving a project of approximately
30 stories or more.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to lead owner meetings and

Microsoft Office; proven experience supervising PMs and APMs.
- Strong executive presence, judgment, communication skills, and willingness to work full-time on-
site in the Brickell area of Miami.

technical depth with business judgment, urgency, integrity, cultural intelligence, and a firm-but-fair
leadership style. This person must solve problems decisively, develop the team, and protect the client
