Join our new dynamic team as a BCBA Specialist and <PERSON>, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services and academy excellence to children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, support client independence, and collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educational teams. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.
- Conduct direct behavioral therapy sessions across various settings, including home-based environments and school settings, ensuring adherence to established ABA protocols.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data meticulously to track progress, inform treatment adjustments, and ensure the highest standards of care.
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting independence in routines such as grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality as well as insurance related.
- Communicate regularly with clients’ families and educational teams to provide updates, support behavior management strategies, and foster collaborative care.
- Ensure all services align with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while adhering to organizational policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field; a Master’s degree or higher in behavior analysis or related discipline is preferred.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification; experience working with individuals with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly valued.
- Proven experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including implementing ABA therapy protocols and behavior management techniques.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and medical recordkeeping; familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
- Experience working directly with children or individuals with disabilities in home-based or school environments.
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance and experience managing client care plans.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family support; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Pay: $25.63 - $30.86 per hour
