5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or other large-scale construction projects.

Proven ability to manage field operations from site mOur Clientlization through project completion.

Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel while maintaining project schedules.

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and safety best practices.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Experience conducting subcontractor meetings, site inspections, and progress coordination meetings.

Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to maintaining safe job sites.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams.

Experience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule expectations.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites as required.
