We are currently looking for reliable, motivated cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience and a solid understanding of standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-out cleans. That said, we are open to individuals who are newer to the industry and eager to learn.
Beyond experience, we value team members who bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a consistent work ethic. We do not tolerate poor communication, late start times, or lack of effort. Our goal is to exceed client expectations every time.
Because our cleaners represent our company in clients’ homes, we expect all team members to:
- Complete all tasks to the best of their ability
- Treat clients and their property with the utmost respect
- Follow company SOPs closely and consistently
Important notes:
- Applicants with a criminal record are discouraged from applying
- Reliable transportation is required
- Pay is based on experience and can increase over time
- 100% of tips go directly to the cleaner

Cleaners must provide their own equipment and supplies, including but not limited to:
- Mop and vacuum
- Broom and duster
- Towels/rags for wiping surfaces
- Cleaning solutions for various surfaces (hardwood, tile, etc.)
Scheduling & Pay:
- Extremely flexible schedules — you choose your availability
- Jobs are assigned based on availability
- Job types: Full-time, Part-time, or Contract
- Pay range: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
