Beacon Hill is partnering with an advertising network to find a Staff Accountant on a temp to perm basis! This role is responsible for preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, supporting accounts receivable activities, tracking fixed assets, and assisting with monthly and annual close processes. Prepare and post month-end journal entries and supporting schedules

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances

Monitor daily cash activity and prepare cash reporting for management

Record payroll-related journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts

Support invoicing processes and maintain accurate billing records

Assist with accounts receivable management and collections efforts

Track fixed asset additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules

Maintain organized accounting documentation and supporting records

Assist with annual audits and external reporting requirements
