Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Training & User Adoption
Cultivate a network of "SharePoint Champions" across the organization to drive localized adoption.
Create user guides, video tutorials, and Governance Plans that clearly outline "how-to" and "where-to" for data storage.
Act as the final point of escalation for complex SharePoint and M365 technical issues.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Systems.
3+ years of dedicated experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
Extensive knowledge of SharePoint site collection administration, web parts, and list management.
Proven experience building automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow).
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Sensitivity Labels.
Preferred Requirements: .
Hands-on experience with ShareGate, AvePoint, or the Microsoft Migration Tool.
Strong ability to document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Experience managing small-to-medium IT projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
