Compensation and Earning Potential

- New hypnotherapy and coaching clients
- Course and program enrollments
- Paid speaking engagements
- Workshops and organizational bookings
- Approved referral partnerships
- Other directly attributable collected revenue
- Campaign-specific performance incentives established in writing
A contractor producing consistent measurable results may target approximately $600–$880 or more per week.
For example:

- Higher-performing contractors may earn more by generating additional client conversions, program enrollments, speaking engagements, workshops, and partnerships.
Earning potential is uncapped.
These figures are examples of possible performance-based earnings and are not guarantees. Actual compensation depends on collected revenue, commission percentages, successful conversions, verified attribution, and individual performance.
Specific commission rates, lead-ownership rules, payment timing, refunds, cancellations, repeat purchases, and shared opportunities will be outlined in a written independent-contractor agreement.
Flexible Work Structure
The contractor will generally determine when, where, and how to perform most outreach and business-development services while meeting agreed deadlines and keeping lead and project records current.
The role may require timely responses to prospective clients, event organizers, podcast hosts, and professional partners.
Some scheduled meetings may be required for training, performance review, service updates, or coordination of active opportunities. Occasional evening or weekend availability may also be helpful for networking events, speaking opportunities, or time-sensitive correspondence.
Performance will be evaluated primarily through professional conduct, consistent execution, accurate tracking, and measurable results rather than a fixed daily schedule.
Professional Expectations
The contractor must:
- Use approved descriptions, biographies, pricing, links, and promotional claims.
- Protect confidential and sensitive information.
- Avoid promising guaranteed healing, medical outcomes, financial outcomes, or personal transformation.
- Never represent hypnotherapy or coaching as a replacement for medical or mental-health treatment.

- Maintain professional correspondence with clients, event organizers, podcast hosts, and partners.
- Use assigned referral codes and tracking procedures.
