Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to join our team in a dynamic hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the floor, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise floor staff to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on service procedures and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for floor staff
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
Skills
- Proficiency in food handling and catering operations
- Experience in POS system is a plus
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
- Experience in staff training and development
- Previous work in a hotel setting is advantageous
- Interviewing skills to assess and hire suitable candidates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
