Senior Service Advisor
Central Car Care is looking for a strong, experienced Service Advisor who wants to work in a high-performing shop with a great team and strong earning potential.
We are a high-volume, growing independent automotive repair shop in Phoenix with a great reputation, a modern facility, and aggressive plans for growth.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who:
- Has 3+ years of automotive service advisor experience
- Is a strong salesperson and communicator
- Knows how to build trust with customers
- Can confidently present and sell needed repairs
- Understands shop workflow and technician productivity
- Can handle a busy shop without losing organization
- Follows through and does what they say they are going to do
- Holds themselves to a high standard
- Is competitive and driven to hit goals
- Does not need to be micromanaged
What You’ll Be Doing
- Writing service and repair orders
- Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
- Presenting estimates and selling recommended work
- Following up on declined work
- Keeping customers updated
- Helping maintain strong workflow through the shop
- Working with technicians to keep jobs moving
- Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Delivering a great customer experience
This Is Not an Entry-Level Position
We are looking for someone who has already proven they can perform in a busy automotive repair environment.
You should be competitive, organized, accountable, and motivated by winning as a team.
