As a Breakfast Attendant at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Christiansburg, you will be the vibrant heart of our morning service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests as they start their day. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting a delightful breakfast experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and satisfied. Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items with attention to detail and quality.
Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
Maintaining a tidy dining area throughout service.
Follow food safety guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills.
