American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) position in Greenwood, IN, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and Med/Surg background.

44-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting

Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) nursing unit with 59 beds
-
Patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, cardiac conditions, and debility
-
Patient ratio of 6:1 or 7:1
-
Night shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
-
Every third weekend required
-
No on-call or float requirements
-
13-week contract
-
Active IN or Compact RN license required
-
AHA certifications required
-
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
-
Med/Surg experience required
-
Rehab or long-term care experience preferred
-
Social Security number required for consideration

Facility is accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF-accredited for its Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program

Navy scrubs required

Report to the House Supervisor on the first day

Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months

Candidates cannot be employed full-time elsewhere during the assignment
