VDC Manager

We are seeking an experienced VDC Manager to lead BIM coordination and virtual construction efforts for electrical construction projects. This role will work closely with project managers, field teams, detailers, and customers to deliver accurate models, coordinated drawings, and field-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead VDC/BIM coordination across multiple electrical construction projects.
· Manage project models, coordination meetings, clash resolution, and deliverables.
· Oversee detailing resources and review Revit models, shop drawings, spool drawings, and layout files.
· Support field teams with constructability reviews, installation planning, and point layout workflows.
· Mentor VDC team members and help improve company BIM standards and processes.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of VDC/BIM experience in electrical construction.
· Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with office, field, and customer teams.
· Understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field coordination.
