Responsibilities
- Manage a production division from raw materials to finished product, ensuring schedules are met
- Lead and develop a team of 20–30 hourly employees, focusing on performance, training, and development
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of proven leadership and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree or military equivalent experience
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
This is a first shift position.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
